Job Overview
We seek an Office Barista to join a vibrant, fast-paced, and ambitious team committed to advancing major company missions. This role involves preparing a diverse range of coffee and beverage options, operating coffee machines and blending equipment, while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of hot, cold, and iced coffees, teas, and frappes using automatic coffee machines.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and relevant beverage equipment.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene protocols.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding quality service standards.
- Follow safety and sanitary procedures for food and beverage handling.
- Manage inventory levels, assist with stock reception, and ensure timely restocking.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior barista experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure within a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills coupled with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- A motivated attitude characterized by eagerness to learn and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
