Role Overview

As a member of Noon’s Cross Border logistics team, you will be responsible for managing import and export clearance processes for both freezone and mainland operations. This includes meticulous entry and management of shipment data, ensuring compliance with regional customs regulations, and providing necessary documentation support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter import and export shipment details into the company’s ERP system swiftly and accurately.
• Prepare, verify, and process all shipment documents required for customs clearance.
• Ensure all clearance activities comply fully with freezone and mainland customs laws and regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Maintain comprehensive and well-organized records of shipment and clearance documentation.
• Validate the accuracy of received data from suppliers and clients.
• Assist in shipment tracking and provide timely updates on clearance status to stakeholders.
• Generate regular reports related to clearance procedures and data integrity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in data entry, particularly within the import/export environment.
• Working knowledge of freezone and mainland import/export procedures and regulations.
• Competency in data entry tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams.
• Preferred formal certification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience using ERP systems related to logistics and customs clearance operations.
