Overview
Duro Shox Private Limited is seeking an experienced NPD Manager to oversee new product development projects within the automotive components sector at our Khed location. This role involves leading projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end NPD projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including manufacturing engineering, stamping, welding, and assembly to innovate product designs.
- Create and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide product development efforts.
- Guarantee compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory standards throughout the entire product life cycle.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the automotive components field, ideally as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodologies and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
- Proven ability managing multifaceted projects that require coordination among diverse functions such as manufacturing engineering, stamping, and welding.
- Diploma qualification in any specialization is required for eligibility.
