As a No7 Advisor, you’ll support customers throughout their beauty journey by offering expert advice, personalised consultations, and product demonstrations that connect advanced skincare technology with meaningful personal experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete an acclaimed 12-month Skin School program leading to a CIBTAC qualification recognised in the beauty industry.
• Provide customised skincare and makeup consultations utilising innovative diagnostic tools and technology.
• Translate complex scientific ingredients and technologies behind No7 products into understandable, relatable benefits for customers.
• Offer professional makeup guidance including shade matching and application techniques.
• Consistently promote new launches, offers, and innovations to drive sales and meet targets.
• Establish long-lasting customer relationships encouraging loyalty and repeat engagement.
• Collaborate with the Boots team to deliver exceptional service and achieve commercial goals.
• Maintain a well-presented product counter that reflects the premium yet accessible brand image.

• A true enthusiasm for skincare and makeup with a strong motivation to help customers feel confident.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives while contributing to team success.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and applying skincare and makeup products.
• Excellent communication skills to put customers at ease and convey information clearly.
• A proactive mindset eager to learn about products and stay up to date with beauty trends.
• Commitment to representing No7 proudly as a brand ambassador.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience applying skincare and makeup on customers.
