About the Role
Based in Primark Brighton, this full-time permanent position offers a salary of £33,189 along with 31 days of annual leave and pension benefits. The working schedule comprises five night shifts followed by three days off. Additionally, the role includes an extra allowance of £21.50 for each night shift worked.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the replenishment of the store overnight, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and the store remains tidy to improve the shopping experience.
- Manage incoming deliveries efficiently and liaise with the daytime management team regarding product movements and pricing updates.
- Identify and report any stock-related issues that may arise during the shift.
- Delegate tasks among the Night Retail Assistants and support their skills development to maintain motivation and engagement.
- Engage in personal professional growth through available learning platforms, apprenticeships, and career progression opportunities within the company.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with coaching skills to inspire teamwork and maintain high standards by fostering effective communication and employee engagement while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
