About the Role
Join Primark Norwich as a Night Team Manager overseeing night operations to ensure the store is fully stocked and prepared for daily activities. This full-time permanent position involves working 5 nights followed by 3 off, with a salary of 33,189 plus 31 days annual leave and pension contributions. An additional 21.50 allowance is paid for each night shift worked.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock replenishment and maintain store appearance to enhance the customer experience.
- Supervise deliveries, collaborate closely with daytime management regarding product handling and pricing changes.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies or issues.
- Delegate tasks to Night Retail Assistants and foster their skill development and engagement.
- Pursue personal growth opportunities through digital learning, apprenticeships, and career advancement pathways within the company.
