About the Role

This opportunity is located at Primark in Yeovil, offering a full-time, permanent position with a salary of 37,817 per year, inclusive of 31 days annual leave and pension benefits. You will be working five days a week out of seven.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations of the store.
• Manage and take full responsibility for at least one specific department, including tasks such as stock ordering and merchandise presentation.
• Lead a team of managers to set and achieve sales targets and objectives aimed at maximizing revenue.
• Deliver an excellent level of customer service consistently.
• Invest in your personal and professional growth by engaging with digital learning, apprenticeships, and career advancement pathways offered within the company.
• Assume overall store responsibility during shifts in the absence of senior management.
