About The Role

The Home Depot Canada is seeking dedicated individuals eager to contribute to customer success and business growth. This Night Crew Order Picker position focuses on fulfilling online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customers receive their merchandise promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, arrange, and stage orders precisely for delivery or customer collection.
• Label orders accurately and place them in designated holding zones until dispatched or loaded.
• Operate lift truck equipment to prepare orders, with training provided.
• Use computer terminals and portable devices to identify products, check inventory, and reference orders.
• Stock merchandise on shelves and maintain organized sales floor space.
• Load customer orders onto delivery trucks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible night shifts from Monday to Sunday between 10 PM and 6:30 AM.
• Basic computer competency including desktops and smartphone apps.
• Forklift or lift truck experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Physical ability to repetitively lift weights up to fifty pounds.
• Detail-focused, self-driven, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
