Job Description

Providing professional guest service at the reception at all times is crucial. From warmly welcoming guests during check-in to bidding farewell, you are there for both early risers and night owls. Your duties also include:

• Preparing daily financial reports
• Managing cash and performing reconciliations
• Handling reservation inquiries
• Assisting with breakfast preparations

Qualifications

Whether you are an experienced hotel professional or switching careers, you fit with us! Personality and hospitality skills are paramount. In addition, you should have:

• Completed training in hospitality or relevant work experience in hotel or gastronomy, or interest in career transition
• Hospitality spirit and passion for the hotel industry, along with a strong quality awareness and service orientation
• Open, communicative, and confident demeanor with good command of German and English
• Team player attitude with willingness to support other departments—our success is a group effort
