About Mövenpick Hotel Wellington

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night All-Rounder to join our hospitality team during nighttime hours. This role blends guest-facing duties with maintaining the hotel's public areas, ensuring an engaging and dynamic work environment throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for guests and visitors arriving at night.
- Perform a variety of tasks such as addressing guest inquiries, tidying and maintaining cleanliness in public spaces, and conducting security rounds.
- Manage guest luggage carefully, including storage and delivery duties.
- Consistently provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all guests and internal staff.
- Inform non-Accor Live Limitless loyalty members about the program's benefits and assist with their registration.
Candidate Qualifications and Attributes
- Experience in customer service, preferably within a hotel setting.
- Comfortable working night shifts and maintaining alertness during those hours.
- Ability to multitask across departments with attention to cleanliness and order.
- Strong communication skills along with punctuality.
- Authentic passion for delivering excellent guest service, aiming to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties and stand for prolonged durations.
- Possession of a full New Zealand Driver's License.
- Familiarity with emergency protocols and health and safety procedures.
Additional Details
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays is required.
- Must have full legal work rights for New Zealand.
