About the Role

Join ORS Group as a newly qualified Speech Pathologist and contribute to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities. ORS Group is a prominent family-owned allied health and rehabilitation provider in Australia, recognized for delivering tailored services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

As part of a nationwide team exceeding 40 speech pathologists, you will provide clinical support for clients aged from infancy to 65 years, covering early intervention to adult services. Your clients will present diverse diagnoses and disabilities, and you will offer assessments, therapy, and individualized support.

Work settings include homes, disability group homes, educational institutions, community venues, telehealth platforms, and ORS offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform client assessments and create personalized therapy plans.
  • Implement high-standard speech therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and allied professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional growth and receive regular supervision.
  • Keep accurate records and reports as per guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Speech Pathology relevant to practice.
  • Registered with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting people with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to private transport.
  • Clearances including National Police Check, Working with Children/Vulnerable People, and NDIS Worker Screening.
