Network Lead

Role Overview

This senior technical position demands expertise in networking and related technology domains, including cloud services, cybersecurity, database management, systems administration, and infrastructure. Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy technology platforms within assigned domains.
• Deliver expert-level problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage complex technical projects and lead associated activities.
• Create and maintain detailed technical designs, process documentation, and guidelines.
• Continuously monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security metrics.
• Perform technical assessments to identify enhancements and optimizations.
• Support implementations, migrations, integrations, and upgrades of technologies.
• Analyze incidents and persistent system issues to prevent recurrence.
• Offer mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners as necessary.
