  • Partner with accounting, FP&A, and Finance Systems colleagues to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Stay informed about new NetSuite capabilities and advancements in the EPM tool, including AI-driven features, advising on their adoption.
  • Contribute to system upgrades and initiatives supporting new market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Finance Systems, prioritizing tasks and acting as the technical NetSuite expert within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years of practical NetSuite development experience, with proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP web services and RESTlets.
  • Strong skills with SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics, encompassing workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end development including testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Confident in monitoring platform health and troubleshooting issues effectively and proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the aptitude to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders patiently.

Desirable Attributes

  • Exposure to or curiosity about NetSuite’s built-in AI and autonomous features.
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or planning tools, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Background or strong interest in finance and accounting principles.
  • Involvement in system implementations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), or structured project environments.
  • Experience using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) for source-controlled, scriptable deployments.

Perks and Benefits

  • Access to snacks and beverages to keep your energy up throughout the day.
  • Partnership with Southern Cross Health Insurance promoting your physical and mental well-being.
  • Generous parental leave policies: 6 months fully paid for primary caregivers and 4 weeks fully paid for secondary caregivers, among other family support benefits.
  • Annual $1,000 personal development budget for continuous learning and growth.
  • Wellness leave and unlimited paid annual leave to encourage work-life balance.
