Role Overview

We are seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer skilled in React.js to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives, leveraging Microsoft .NET technologies on the backend paired with React.js on the frontend.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and support scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core and React.js frameworks.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs and microservices adhering to modern standards.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Engage with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to clarify needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and reusable code aligned with coding best practices.
• Enhance application performance, scalability, and security measures.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain adherence to application security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices.

Essential Skills

• Backend proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET versions 6, 7, and 8.
• Expertise in building Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core and LINQ operations.
• Experience with asynchronous programming models.
• Understanding of microservices architectural patterns.
• Advanced SQL query optimization and database schema design using MS SQL Server.
• Frontend expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI frameworks.
• Experience in creating responsive web designs suitable for various devices.
• Version control and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and API integration capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Azure Cloud Services including App Service, Functions, and Storage.
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Messaging systems expertise such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
• Understanding of GraphQL APIs.
• Unit testing frameworks: xUnit, NUnit, MSTest.
• Code quality tools like SonarQube.
• Authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT.
• React Testing Library and Jest for frontend testing.
• Exposure to AI/ML or Azure OpenAI integration.
• Familiarity with Blazor framework.

Candidate Profile & Experience

• 6 to 12 years of overall experience.
• At least 5 years professionally working with React.js and a minimum of 6 years with .NET Core technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
