Careiva Home Care LLP invites compassionate and reliable individuals to join as Nannies or Baby Care Assistants to provide dedicated childcare support for families in Bangalore.

Work Schedule

Options include a 10-hour day shift or a 24-hour live-in role. Specific working hours, rest breaks, and off periods will be mutually agreed upon with the family prior to assignment.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of babies and children within the family home environment.
• Provide assistance with feeding routines, diaper changing, bathing, and dressing needs.
• Adhere to the infant's prescribed sleep timetable and daily activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of feeding equipment, toys, and immediate surroundings of the child.
• Engage children in appropriate play and developmental activities according to their age.
• Regularly update parents regarding feeding patterns, sleep habits, and any notable concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in baby care or as a nanny is favorable.
• Exhibit patience, reliability, and a strong focus on hygiene and child safety.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow parental guidelines and communicate effectively.
• Experience with newborn care is an added benefit.
• Must be willing to work onsite at family residences in Bangalore.

Compensation Details

The monthly salary range is ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, varying based on experience, job responsibilities, and selected shift pattern.
