Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and editorially astute Supervising Producer to join our team in Doha, producing a cutting-edge multiplatform show. This innovative program combines real-time digital interaction with a dynamic weekly television broadcast. You will partner closely with the Executive Producer to ensure streamlined production and editorial processes, maximizing global audience engagement across digital, social, and linear broadcast outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Executive Producer based in Doha, guaranteeing content complies with CNN's editorial standards and appeals globally.
- Lead and nurture a multidisciplinary team of content creators, producers, and technical staff to inspire collaboration and innovative output.
- Manage all stages of content production, including story generation, scripting, filming, editing, through to final delivery.
- Guarantee consistent storytelling approaches across all platforms to heighten audience engagement effectively.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Significant professional experience in TV, digital media production, or journalism integrated with strong editorial leadership skills.
- Proficient in live broadcast production, long-form narratives, and digital news content creation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of content strategies spanning digital, social media, and traditional television formats.
- Familiarity with CNN’s digital production workflows is beneficial.
- Experience in global media environments with an awareness of international storytelling trends.
