A leading global insurance company based in the City of London is hiring a Multinational Broking Manager to join its expanding client and distribution division. This key strategic role focuses on global broker distribution strategy rather than direct broker sales, emphasizing areas such as broker segmentation, portfolio and performance analytics, governance, and market intelligence to shape the worldwide broker distribution framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the global broker segmentation framework along with the distribution governance model.
• Create and maintain broker performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to aid senior leadership in decision-making.
• Conduct strategic analysis of broker portfolios including market share, capacity allocation, and evolving distribution trends.
• Lead annual reviews of broker strategies, oversee performance evaluations, and manage governance forums.
• Develop and uphold broker engagement policies, frameworks, and guidelines for regional teams.
• Coordinate the execution of global broker distribution initiatives across various international business units.
• Keep abreast of market developments, competitor activity, and emerging broker or distribution models.
• Convert insights from market data, portfolio, and performance metrics into strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
• Serve as a center of excellence for matters related to broker strategy, distribution governance, and performance oversight.
• Support compliance with regulatory, risk management, and conduct standards tied to broker distribution and supervision.
• Participate in broader strategic projects and initiatives as needed.
