Role Overview

As a Multi Task Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in supporting warehouse activities related to Leonardo Helicopters. You will handle logistical tasks such as receiving goods, quality inspecting, storing, and dispatching customer assets while ensuring strict compliance with contract and safety requirements. Your contribution will directly influence the seamless functioning of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the timely receipt, inspection, handling, storage, and dispatch of customer assets in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Verify and accurately process incoming items, ensuring precise updates in GOLDesp and authorized data entry.
• Initiate Quality Notifications for any non-conforming products, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures.
• Support everyday warehouse and supply chain activities including SAP transactions and Make To Order (MTO) tasks.
• Provide technical assistance related to aircraft components and keep updated on customer procedures, technical documentation, and drawings.
• Maintain efficient use of warehouse resources while ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant workplace.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards concerning health & safety, quality, and operational KPIs.
• Act as a deputy for other Inspectors/MTIs as needed and actively engage in process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Completion of an engineering Apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification such as NVQ level 3 or a Military qualification with experience in the aeronautical industry.
• Demonstrates flexibility and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to a right-first-time approach.
• Effective communication skills capable of functioning well in a dynamic, diverse environment and managing daily work priorities.
• Proficient computer literacy, including training in MS Office Suite applications.
