Multi-Skilled Labourer - Roads

About the Role

Join our dedicated team to contribute significantly to the upkeep and development of local infrastructure. We are on the lookout for two dependable and safety-focused Multi-Skilled Labourers with practical experience in roadways, drainage systems, and infrastructure construction and maintenance.

The successful candidates will be proficient in operating various plant and equipment while adhering strictly to safety protocols. Duties include performing manual labour tasks such as earthmoving, concreting, and pipe installation. Candidates must be capable of reading and understanding technical plans, managing precise documentation, and supporting efficient and safe traffic management on site.

Experience with asphalt, concrete, formwork, and small-scale plant machinery is essential, alongside a strong grasp of workplace health and safety standards. Physical fitness and the ability to work under varying weather conditions are important, as is the flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities in a cooperative team setting. Holding a valid MR Class driver’s license and capability in maintaining line and grade work are highly advantageous.

Position Details

• Employment: Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight
• Annual remuneration: $67,178.12
