MuleSoft Integration Developer

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned MuleSoft Integration Developer to architect, build, and deploy robust integration solutions for clients within the ASEAN region. The candidate must demonstrate extensive practical knowledge of MuleSoft 4, Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, API-led connectivity, and CloudHub.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with ASEAN clients to deliver MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
• Evaluate technical and functional needs to formulate scalable API strategies.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft APIs utilizing MuleSoft 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Offer technical support during implementation phases, testing, and production rollouts.
• Handle efforts including estimation, solution design, development, unit testing, and integration governance.
• Create reusable integration frameworks, architectural blueprints, and common patterns.
• Carry out data transformations using DataWeave across simple and complex scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with integration standards such as REST, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
• Detect technical and procedural risks, recommending suitable risk mitigation measures.
• Establish and maintain trustworthy technical relationships with clients as an advisor.
• Communicate regular project progress updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Participate in pre-sales efforts and assist in forming solution proposals.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with integration technologies including Middleware, ETL, MDM, API Gateways, or similar.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in delivering robust APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
• Practical experience working extensively with MuleSoft products.
• Possession of MuleSoft certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CloudHub versions 1.0 and/or 2.0.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services protocols.
• Experience using DataWeave or equivalent data transformation utilities.
• Knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies.
• Comprehension of API-led connectivity frameworks.
• Understanding of integration architecture principles, reusable design patterns, and API governance models.
• Exposure to webMethods, TIBCO, or IBM WebSphere is considered a plus.

Additional Information

• Required experience: minimum 5 years.
• Salary budget: SGD 8500 to 9000 per month.
• Notice period: immediate join or up to 15 days notice.
• Working hours aligned with Singapore Time (SGT).
