Job Overview and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer with a strong background in Oracle database development and cloud ERP integrations to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of professional expertise in Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, BI Publisher, and OCI. This role demands an in-depth knowledge of relational database design, optimization techniques, and advanced PL/SQL programming features such as cursors, bulk collections, and exception handling.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and manage Oracle databases with a strong emphasis on PL/SQL and APEX.
- Design and implement efficient inbound and outbound interfaces for Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly interfacing with the Accounts Receivable module via FBDI and REST APIs.
- Perform SQL query tuning, optimization, and address database performance issues effectively.
- Integrate external systems using web services, APIs, and Oracle database connectivity.
- Operate confidently within Unix/Linux operating environments and develop necessary scripts.
- Engage with Oracle Cloud offerings including PaaS, Exadata Cloud Service, and Autonomous Database to enhance application deployment and management.
- Leverage knowledge of streaming platforms such as Kafka to support real-time data processing (preferred).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud certifications related to ERP or associated cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development frameworks, particularly Scrum methodologies.
- Experience or knowledge of additional Oracle ERP modules beyond Accounts Receivable is considered advantageous.
