Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

Raise Financial Services is dedicated to delivering outstanding products, superior user experiences, and exceptional customer support. We launched our flagship investment and trading platform, Dhan, in November 2021. We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams creating captivating motion content for digital platforms, marketing initiatives, social media, and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling motion graphics for digital campaigns, social channels, product launches, and brand narratives.
• Design UI animations, micro-interactions, and motion frameworks enhancing web and mobile experiences.
• Animate static designs thoughtfully to tell visual stories.
• Create interactive animations using Rive and Lottie tailored for modern digital applications.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Brand, and Marketing teams to craft memorable user experiences.
• Utilize AI-driven creative tools to expand creative possibilities and streamline production.
• Optimize animations for seamless performance across platforms while maintaining brand integrity.

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep knowledge of animation principles, including timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Rive and Lottie for creating interactive, state-based animations on web and mobile.
• Familiarity with AI creative platforms such as Runway, Kling, or Midjourney.
• Ability to design fluid UI animations and micro-interactions for digital products.
• Strong foundation in typography, layout design, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Skill to transform static graphics into engaging, optimized motion graphics.
• Understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital-first design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Figma and managing developer handoff processes.
• Knowledge of animation optimization for web/mobile environments.
• Basic skills in sound design and synchronizing motion with audio.
• Background designing for fintech, SaaS, or other consumer-focused digital products.

Location and Application

This position is based in Goregaon West, Mumbai, with preference for candidates residing in Mumbai's western suburbs.
