Role Overview
We seek a highly skilled Motion Designer with impeccable taste in motion graphics, visual composition, and storytelling who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, enjoys owning projects end-to-end, and constantly elevates creative standards.
What You Will Do
- Develop motion graphics and visual assets supporting product marketing, social media outreach, and brand campaigns.
- Create advanced animations, visual effects, and fluid transitions across short and long-form content.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, video editors, company founders, and growth teams to realize compelling visual stories.
- Translate product features and concepts into captivating motion visuals.
- Innovate by integrating Generative AI workflows to boost creation speed and quality.
- Adapt and optimize creative material for enhanced engagement on platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and X.
Requirements
- Substantial experience with image and video Generative AI tools.
- Advanced proficiency with After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or comparable motion design software.
- Solid grasp of typography, composition, animation principles, and narrative visual techniques.
- Demonstrated success in independently handling creative content production from concept to completion.
- Keen awareness of visual aesthetics and marketing culture, capable of crafting compelling pitches.
- Strong knowledge of social media content formats, evolving trends, and audience engagement tactics.
