Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

Raise Financial Services is dedicated to delivering outstanding products, exceptional user experiences, and top-tier customer service. Since launching the investment and trading platform Dhan in November 2021, we continue to innovate. We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to craft high-quality motion content for digital products, marketing efforts, social media, and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for those passionate about animation, AI-enhanced creativity, and seamless user experience design.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create compelling motion graphics for digital marketing initiatives, social media content, product launches, and brand narratives.
• Design user interface animations, micro-interactions, and motion systems that enhance web and mobile platforms.
• Transform static designs into dynamic animations utilizing visual storytelling techniques.
• Develop interactive animations using tools such as Rive and Lottie, tailored for modern digital applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Brand, and Marketing teams to craft memorable user experiences.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to innovate and accelerate the creative process.
• Ensure animations are optimized for performance across various platforms while aligning with brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of animation principles including timing, easing, and narrative flow.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proven capability creating Rive and Lottie animations, particularly interactive and state-driven animations for web and mobile.
• Experience working with AI creative platforms like Runway, Kling, Midjourney, or similar.
• Skill in crafting fluid UI animations, micro-interactions, and comprehensive motion systems.
• Strong foundation in typography, layout design, composition, and overall visual aesthetics.
• Ability to convert static visual assets into optimized and engaging motion graphics.
• Understanding of brand identity and digital-first design methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Figma and workflows involving developer handoff.
• Knowledge of performance optimization for animations on web and mobile devices.
• Basic skills in sound design and synchronizing motion with audio.
• Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or consumer-focused digital products.
