Role Overview
Join Halfords, the UK's largest automotive service and maintenance company, as a qualified MOT Tester based in Trowbridge. This role offers excellent career progression, competitive salary, and a rewarding bonus scheme.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- On-target earnings up to £42,700 per year
- Base salary of £36,770 annually
- Uncapped monthly bonus potential, averaging an additional £6,000 yearly
- Work schedule of 5 days a week; the center is closed on Sundays
- Referral bonuses available through a refer-a-friend program (terms and conditions apply)

Responsibilities
- Perform MOT tests in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Assist in light vehicle maintenance tasks within the workshop when not conducting MOTs
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Valid MOT Testing Licence is mandatory (alternatively, mechanic and technician positions available)
- Possession of a full driving license with no more than nine penalty points
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
