Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture effective partnerships with colleagues from the Estate Agency
• Drive new business growth and optimize referral streams
• Deliver tailored mortgage and protection advice that fits client requirements
• Assist clients throughout the mortgage process from initial application to final completion
• Maintain excellent customer service standards while meeting or exceeding set targets

Required Skills and Experience

• Completion of full CeMAP qualification or possession of an equivalent certification
• Demonstrated success working in a performance-focused, target-driven environment
• Strong aptitude for customer service and building client relationships
• Effective communication and organizational capabilities
• Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
