Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with colleagues in Estate Agencies
- Drive new business generation and optimize referral prospects
- Offer customized mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs
- Support customers throughout the mortgage journey from application to completion
- Consistently deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance goals
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a full CeMAP qualification or recognized equivalent
- Demonstrated success in a target-driven workplace
- Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid UK driving licence and regular access to a vehicle
