Job description
About the Role
The position of Mobilizer supports a Skill Development Project based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, focused on engaging and motivating the local youth to participate in skill enhancement programs. The Mobilizer will be responsible for community outreach and encouraging enrollment in vocational training activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with community members to raise awareness about skill training opportunities.
- Mobilize and encourage youth participation in skill development initiatives.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective execution of outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in communication, including English, Hindi, or local languages.
- Basic skills in computer operations.
- Willingness to travel within Dehradun and surrounding areas as necessary.
- A proactive mindset and a strong focus on achieving results.
