Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Trainer specializing in Assistant Baking Technician or Craft Baker roles to join our team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Food Processing, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or Food Science, accompanied by significant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct educational training sessions on bakery and food processing methodologies.
- Create and enhance training curriculum and modules tailored to baking techniques.
- Evaluate the progress and skills of trainees, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the training program's objectives are met successfully.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess at least a degree or a two-year minimum diploma in relevant food science-related fields.
- Demonstrate a minimum of three years industry experience for degree holders or four years for diploma holders in a pertinent area.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Training of Trainers (TOT) certification.
