Role Overview
This role involves leading the complete lifecycle—from design through deployment—of cutting-edge solutions in 5G, Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms. You will function as the central liaison connecting business units, IT departments, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and orchestrated services.
Your responsibilities will include managing APIs, leveraging AWS and hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructures, and ensuring that the system architectures and technical guidelines are properly aligned. Coordination with third parties will be essential for integrating, testing, and preparing enterprise-wide deployments and operations. Additionally, you will be accountable for platform performance monitoring, managing Service Level Agreements, and ensuring compliance with security standards, serving as the primary contact for information security matters. Providing technical guidance and managing stakeholders is key to delivering scalable, secure, and dependable platform services.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should bring at least eight years of experience in IT project management or systems delivery, with a strong history of leading large-scale platform, integration, or enterprise systems projects. Experience within telecommunications or the broader IT sector is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise
- Proficient in project management and Agile delivery processes.
- Experienced in API architecture and RESTful API technologies.
- Knowledgeable about cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and governance practices.
- Skilled in integration of enterprise systems and platform orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and hybrid cloud/on-premise environments.
