The position is based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, working 37.5 hours per week.

Role Overview
We are expanding our Mobile Mortgage Sales Team and seeking experienced sales professionals with a strong track record. This role allows you to develop business by cultivating relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influencers. You will receive focused sales training to enhance your skills and credit knowledge and be supported by a Senior District Sales Manager who provides coaching and joint sales calls.
Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and grow your mortgage customer base using proactive approaches.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as realtors and financial planners.
- Utilize a dedicated sales management system designed to support the sales process effectively.
- Engage in joint sales calls and regular coaching sessions with management to improve performance.
Candidate Profile
- Self-driven with proven high-quality sales capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage and grow business in a competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Preferred knowledge in retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.

Minimum education
