This position is based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, offering a 37.5-hour workweek.

Role Overview

The Mobile Mortgage Specialist is a business development role focused on expanding TD’s mobile mortgage sales force. Responsibilities include developing new mortgage business primarily through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential contacts. This role demands a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Training and Support

Selected candidates receive targeted sales training to develop credit knowledge and sales techniques, integrating fully into TD's employee-centric culture. Sales Managers provide continuous support through joint sales calls, monthly coaching, and access to a specialized sales management system.

Tools and Resources

TD equips employees with all essential tools for remote work, including a laptop, email and network access, and a monthly phone allowance.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly motivated self-starter with superior sales skills.
  • Proactive and independent worker comfortable in a competitive, fast-paced market.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferably, knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
