Overview
Join Bendigo Bank in a pivotal position as a Mobile Lender, also known internally as a Mobile Relationship Manager. You will leverage your lending expertise to cultivate and maintain strong connections within the Perth community while propelling business growth. This full-time, fully remote role offers comprehensive responsibility over a personal portfolio, involving identifying prospects, managing leads, and tailoring lending solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a robust sales funnel by spotting new business opportunities, forming referral partnerships, and acquiring clients via strategic networking.
- Guide customers through the lending journey, providing assurance and facilitating achievement of their financial objectives.
- Apply proficient credit analysis and an understanding of customer requirements to secure positive lending results and help safeguard clients’ financial futures.
- Establish and nurture enduring community relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted lending authority.
- Commit to continual professional development through on-the-job training and other learning initiatives.
- Engage actively in community support and contribute to making a positive societal difference while enjoying workplace camaraderie.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in consumer lending is essential.
- Demonstrated capacity to cultivate strong networks and independently generate new business leads.
- Comprehensive knowledge of lending products, policies, and relevant legislation.
- Ability to quickly forge rapport, assess customer and colleague needs, and develop thorough understandings of financial situations.
- Advanced credit analysis skills.
- Familiarity with small business financial offerings.
- Self-driven, achieving consistent lending growth with a high-performance approach.
Work Environment and Benefits
