About Timpson and the Role

This full-time permanent position is based in Inverness and the nearby areas. You will operate across various Timpson stores, providing vital customer services while driving to locations, for which use of a personal vehicle is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of services including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo processing, and dry cleaning.
• Travel between Timpson branches in and around Inverness to cover different store locations.
• Engage with customers actively and commit to performing at least one kind act daily towards customers or colleagues.

Training and Development

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided from day one, ensuring you acquire the skills necessary for success. The role promises a rewarding learning experience and the opportunity to build a fulfilling career at Timpson.

Working Hours and Compensation

• Work schedule consists of 40 hours per week across 5 days, inclusive of weekends.
• Opportunities for overtime are available after completing training.
• Starting compensation equals national minimum living wage, with additional uncapped weekly performance bonuses.
