Overview
Join Max Spielmann, a service-oriented retail brand under the Timpson Group, as a Retail Assistant based in Harrogate. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £26,520 annually, increasing to £26,624 following a successful probationary period, along with the potential for uncapped weekly bonuses.
Role and Responsibilities
You will assist customers by delivering a variety of photographic services including prints, canvases, portraits, frames, personalized photo gifts, and Photoshop editing. Your typical day will require you to use your initiative to efficiently manage these services while creating a positive customer experience. The role involves working across multiple branches around Coulby Newham and surrounding areas, contributing to a vibrant retail environment.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have engaging personalities and experience in customer-centric roles, such as retail or hospitality, although no prior technical experience is necessary as comprehensive training is offered. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and motivation to succeed are essential. Onboarding includes training in all photographic services along with customer service and management skills development.
Work Schedule
This position requires working 40 hours a week across five days, including weekends, with occasional overtime once fully trained.
