About the Role
Join Johnson's Dry Cleaners, a part of the Timpson Group Limited, as a Branch Colleague based in Bishop's Stortford and nearby branches. This permanent, full-time position involves supporting branch operations while ensuring outstanding customer service across multiple locations. Candidates must hold a valid full driving license and have their own means of transport, as the role requires coverage between branches.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the branch manager in daily operations to maintain smooth functioning of the branch.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to all visitors.
- Perform a daily act of kindness either for customers or colleagues as part of company ethos.
Training and Development
Previous experience in retail or hospitality is welcomed but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided from day one, offering a fun and valuable learning environment to build the skills necessary for ongoing success and advancement within the Timpson Group.
Compensation and Work Hours
- Annual salary starting at £26,520, rising to £26,624 after a successful probationary period.
- Opportunity to earn uncapped weekly performance bonuses.
- Work schedule consists of 40 hours divided over five days, including weekends, with potential overtime available once fully trained.
