Key Responsibilities

• Exercise sound judgment and logical decision-making when data or instructions are ambiguous or incomplete.
• Demonstrate sharp attention to detail and agility in switching effortlessly between different task categories.
• Support daily operational deliverables for self and team across varied tasks.
• Analyze underlying causes of errors, recognize patterns, and suggest improvements to enhance labeling quality and outcomes.
• Identify and address day-to-day challenges in standard procedures and tools, proposing changes to remove operational bottlenecks.
• Take ownership in providing floor support and clarifying queries promptly during task execution.

A Typical Day

As a Machine Learning Data Associate, you will engage in foundational labeling assignments, including dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video datasets. Your ability to focus intently, multitask effectively, pay close attention to detail, and uphold confidentiality policies will be crucial. Basic Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
