Associate Site Merchandiser - Indian Apparel

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to influence the trajectory of Amazon’s apparel business by planning and implementing best-in-class merchandising strategies across the site and emails.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of accurate, detailed, and high-quality product information for all apparel products offered online.
• Create and schedule engaging content for emails, homepages, category pages, and other site sections.
• Analyze web traffic and other metrics to assess campaign success and report findings to management.
• Propose and execute innovative features, product launches, and site improvements with minimal supervision by collaborating with various business and technology teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, marketing, design teams, and editorial colleagues to successfully launch new site features and drive continuous enhancements.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in HTML and XML, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to quickly master internal tools and software platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
• Experience in evaluating campaign performance through analysis of KPIs and metrics is preferred.
