Role Overview

As a Mixologist at Shebara Resort, you will manage day-to-day beverage operations, delivering a high level of quality and creativity. Your role directly impacts guest satisfaction by providing professional, courteous, and efficient beverage services aligned with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Red Sea Global Hospitality standards in beverage service quality, presentation, and sanitation with professionalism and grace.
• Demonstrate outstanding national hospitality and exhibit courteous interactions with guests.
• Uphold high standards in service, appearance, and cleanliness, personally and in your assigned work areas.
• Follow Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and organize beverage stations during opening, ensuring ample supplies of ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
• Manage beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct drink sequence, quantities, and timely billing.
• Prepare mocktails strictly following recipe guidelines with full standard measurements.
• Ensure security in the beverage area, remaining at your station unless properly relieved by a colleague.
• Assist in cleaning duties, including mopping floors, disposing of cans and bottles, cleaning counters and rails, and removing melting ice.
• Perform all other duties necessary to guarantee smooth operational flow.
