Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Mill Operator to become part of our team at the Lara facility. This practical role involves operating mill machinery to manufacture high-quality products while ensuring safe and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee mill production equipment following established standard operating procedures.
- Support the production of products that meet required customer standards.
- Continuously monitor production activities and promptly report any quality concerns or equipment issues.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health, safety, environmental and quality protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
- Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
