About You
We seek energetic, self-driven individuals comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A community-oriented mindset is important, along with flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and bank holidays. - Be able to present a Digital Tachograph Card if invited to assessment.
About Royal Mail

Salary and Benefits
The role offers a weekly payment of £646.75 (pro rata), with additional pay for overtime and shift allowances where applicable. Permanent contracts cover 38 hours per week with variable shift patterns including Sundays through Saturdays, requiring full flexibility to cover holidays or absences.
- Starting holiday entitlement of 22.5 days (pro rata), increasing with service length.
- Contributory pension scheme.
- Opportunities for career progression.
- Uniform provided for contracts exceeding three months.
- Comprehensive maternity and paternity leave policies.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Access to diverse corporate discounts including retail vouchers, travel and attraction deals, and wellness discounts.
Application Process
After submitting your application, successful candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview and driving assessment. Applications will close once the vacancy limit is reached.
