Job Location and Culture

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct dimensional inspections of components using precision devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
- Confirm the precision of manufactured parts and ensure adherence to correct inspection protocols.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and sketches; modify measurement tools and procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to address quality concerns and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compile and maintain standard reports reflecting testing outcomes and document quality issues thoroughly.
- Engage in intermediate-level troubleshooting to uncover root causes and propose corrective measures.
- Support audit planning and execution, including defining methods and conducting basic inspections.
- Effectively communicate inspection priorities, findings, and quality issues to internal teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- Prior experience in metrology is highly desirable.
- Foundational knowledge and training in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
- Ability to interpret standardized international measurement units.
- Strong observational skills to ensure the correct use of measurement instruments.
- Effective communication abilities for clear understanding and execution of instructions.
- Logical problem-solving aptitude.
- Willingness and ability to work shifts Monday through Friday with flexibility for 2nd Shift (4:00 PM to 1:30 AM) as operational needs dictate.
Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient communication skills to facilitate the exchange of information seamlessly.
