Job Overview
Join PepsiCo as a Merchandiser in Selma, AL, earning $21.40 per hour. This full-time onsite position involves ensuring shelves are fully stocked with iconic products like Lay's and Doritos at various retail locations.
Work Schedule and Location
The role follows a fixed schedule on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 5 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., based at 204 County Road 46, Selma, AL, 36701.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive your personal vehicle to multiple store destinations, with mileage reimbursement included.
- Collect Frito-Lay products and efficiently distribute merchandise within the stores.
- Collaborate effectively with Route Sales Representatives in a team-oriented setting.
- Maintain adherence to a consistent daily schedule with designated start times and customer visits.
- Use a company-provided iPhone to manage schedules, communicate with colleagues, and document daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license along with proof of insurance.
- Capable of frequently lifting items up to 40 pounds, with accommodations as needed.
