Merchandiser

About the Role

Join a thriving company managing well-known retail brands including Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizza, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts, bibigo®, and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks as a full-time Merchandiser. This position is based in Spokane, WA and involves ensuring company products are consistently stocked and presented in grocery stores.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage of $22
• Workdays: Thursday through Monday (five days a week)
• Benefits available for those working 30 or more hours per week, including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that company brand products are stocked on shelves and prominently displayed in assigned stores
• Merchandise, rotate, and organize products appropriately
• Create and maintain attractive product displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong positive relationships with store staff
• Maintain effective communication with team members

Requirements

• Experience working in grocery retail environment preferred
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Capable of safely lifting items weighing up to 35 pounds and transporting frozen products using correct equipment
• Possession of a smartphone compatible with company-required technology
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening prior to employment
