Full-time Merchandiser

About the Role

Schwan's Company is actively seeking full-time Merchandisers to join our team, supporting well-known retail brands like Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizzas; Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts; bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks. This role involves ensuring our products are consistently and attractively displayed in grocery stores.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay rate of $19
• Work schedule primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and product presence of company brands at designated stores
• Stock, rotate products, and build as well as maintain product displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster good working relationships with store personnel
• Communicate efficiently with team members to coordinate activities

Qualifications

• Experience working in a grocery environment preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Capable of safely lifting up to 35 pounds and maneuvering frozen goods with proper equipment
• Possess a smartphone compatible with company software and technology requirements
• Must successfully pass required background check and drug screening before employment
