Full-time Merchandiser

About the Role

Join an expanding organization representing popular retail brands like Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizzas, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts, bibigo®, and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks. We are urgently seeking full-time Merchandisers to help maintain product availability for grocery customers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage of $19
• Schedule primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company brand products are stocked and well-displayed in assigned grocery stores
• Merchandise and rotate inventory regularly
• Create and maintain attractive product displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with store personnel
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in grocery or retail merchandising preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and handle frozen products with proper equipment
• Possess a smartphone compatible with company technology needs
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening is mandatory
