Job Summary

The Merchandiser plays a crucial role in enhancing beverage product presentation within retail environments. The position involves organizing merchandise on shelves, showcases, and sales floors to attract customers and optimize sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrange beverage products on displays based on a predefined plan or management-approved personal layouts.
• Attach pricing and descriptive signage to various retail fixtures and merchandise locations.
• Rotate stock by moving products from storage to floor displays, strictly observing "Sell By" dates to maximize on-floor inventory and reduce backroom stock.
• Place product orders for assigned retail accounts following established procedures to prevent stock shortages.
• Develop original display concepts or implement ideas provided by the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with store personnel regarding service or product requirements.
• Build or assemble display structures utilizing company-supplied Point of Sale materials.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
