About the Role
Join a locally operated store to provide health, beauty, and convenience services focused on community needs, always placing the customer at the forefront.
Primary Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage backroom inventory using established Backroom Inventory Management processes.
- Utilize PDT and MMS systems for daily operational tasks.
- Handle product exit strategies and returns as directed.
- Maintain expertise in assigned product categories, including inventory, placement, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Ensure the store meets brand standards for presentation and trends.
- Create consumer-friendly and easily accessible product displays.
- Receive merchandise following company receiving protocols.
- Keep backroom organized and tidy adhering to best practices.
- Complete all necessary documentation regarding product receipt and returns.
- Support store management in upholding quality and operational standards.
- Provide attentive and approachable customer service while observing uniform guidelines.
- Comply fully with health and safety regulations as well as company loss prevention policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong planning, decision-making, and judgement abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and neatness.
- Capable of adapting to dynamic sales floor environments.
- If applicable, handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic computer and cash register proficiency.
- Ability to maintain accurate record-keeping.
- Self-driven with ability to work independently.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Flexible schedule including possible evening and weekend shifts.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safely.
