Merchandiser - Eastern Suburbs

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and well-organised Merchandiser to oversee a specific territory, ensuring our brands have a prominent presence in every retail location. This role is integral to strengthening store partnerships, improving product display visibility, and driving commercial growth through superior merchandising and in-store execution.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Eastern Suburbs area including Bondi, Maroubra, Randwick, and Eastgardens. The role is field-based, involving travel within the territory servicing a designated customer list daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling product displays that increase in-store visibility and presence.
• Restock products, maintain high presentation standards, and follow planogram guidelines accurately.
• Lead and support store activations promoting various marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Engage with store personnel to resolve stock issues and ensure brand standards adherence.
• Provide precise reporting and consistently maintain a professional demeanor in all retail environments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Physically able to handle product cases (up to 16kg) for an 8-hour shift.
• Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable traveling across the territory.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to outstanding presentation.
• Professionally presented, confident in representing the brand at customer locations.
• Skilled in time management and meeting scheduled service commitments.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or field operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
