Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Merchandiser to manage a designated territory, ensuring our brands are prominently displayed and visible in every retail outlet. This vital role involves maintaining solid relationships with stores, enhancing product visibility, and contributing to commercial growth by delivering excellent merchandising and in-store execution.
This is a permanent full-time position based in the Dandenong area, requiring fieldwork and travel within your assigned region to service a dedicated customer list daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Create attractive product displays that improve store presence and increase brand visibility.
- Restock merchandise, uphold presentation standards, and implement planograms accurately.
- Coordinate in-store promotional activities to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with store personnel, resolve stock challenges, and ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed.
- Maintain thorough and accurate reporting while projecting a professional image in all retail locations.
Candidate Profile
- Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Physically capable of handling product cases weighing up to 16 kilograms throughout an 8-hour workday.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
- Strong attention to detail paired with a passion for maintaining excellent presentation standards.
- Professional appearance and confident in representing the brand at customer sites.
- Effective time management skills to meet scheduled service commitments.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or field operations is beneficial.
